Mint comes from a relatively long line of CEDEF guardians, considering she is Basil’s great-granddaughter. When Basil was twenty eight, his wife bore him a beautiful daughter. Then, twenty two years later, her daughter bore him a healthy grandson.

However, Basil’s grandson was an untamed skirt chaser. The youth often met up with whoever his current girlfriend was and slept with her before discarding her and moving on. One lucky encounter, however, brought new story to his life: the chapter of fatherhood.

On July 22, Basil’s now granddaughter-in-law bore him a beautiful girl, whom the parents named Mint Serenity. Basil was so happy for his great-granddaughter that he went on to name her the new successor to the CEDEF Rain Guardian position after her grandmother stepped down, completely skipping her father.
Ten years later, after living a happy life of being doted by three grander generations, Mint began her training under her predecessors. She showed exceptional skills wielding both melee and ranged weapons, showing it in her usage of Basil’s metal edge. The tomboyish girl also had a natural talent at utilizing her flame, freezing a puddle so her father would slip during a sparring match.

Five years later, her grandmother decided to reduce her time at CEDEF. She immediately called Mint to come and fill her roles in fieldwork and attending meetings. After about three months, Mint officially received the title of the CEDEF Rain Guardian. Basil’s daughter continued to help the new CEDEF guardian with the paperwork.

Fast forward two years, where we have present day Mint. She is managing her school’s soccer teams and keeps up with her work at the CEDEF, proving to be a valuable asset. The guardian enjoys her time in the field, and is often seen in her uniform or standard street clothes when not in the office. In addition, she has also fully taken on all the requirements of being the rain guardian for the CEDEF.

Rain Flame
Like the rest of her family, Mint inherited the tranquil blue flames of the Rain. Although it often doesn’t match her personality, Mint can make many uses of it. The tranquility characteristic of these flames cause molecules to move at a slower pace, reducing the speed and power of foes and attacks alike.
>>Frozen Wave
Using the tranquility ability of her flame, Mint releases a field of rain flames across the ground. The flames create a layer of ice due to the slowing of water molecules of the air, allowing for her to slow down those who happen to be on the ice.

Box Weapon:
Rain Blossom
Mint’s box weapon consists of a long, blue shroud that almost appears like a stream of water. The material itself is coated in rain flames, although none are typically exposed.
>> Latent Bloom
A technique utilizing the dance to distract and debuff her opponent. Mint begins to dance with the shroud following her, slowly pouring invisible rain flames into the surrounding atmosphere. The flames radiate outwards until her opponent is captured in their influence. The rain begins by dulling the opponent's perception and slowing their reactions. Mint or her allies are then able to close the distance and quickly take out any opponents. This technique is also good for crowd control.

Box Animal:
Ralfina - Delfino di Pioggia
A box animal designed after, and often considered as, the offspring of Basil’s Alfin. Ralfina is a smaller, lither dolphin that is coated in rain flames. She often appears to be shy around others, despite being as aggressive as her master in battle. She is also very intelligent.

Rain Flame projectiles shaped like edged weapons are gathered on Ralfina's fins and are then shot forward. Since these projectiles are infused with Rain Flames, Flames that have the "tranquility" characteristic, the shot can tranquilize the target.

A boomerang-like short sword handed down to Mint from her Great grandfather Basil. A rather potent weapon thanks to the training her family had her undergo. Like Basil, she can coat the weapon in her Rain Flames in order to deal extra damage.

Just one thing so when you say considered offspring, is the box animal created to be similar to Alfin or directly descended. because box animals do not breed but they could be created to be like another box animal.
