Positives
At first glance Hachirou is quiet as he never really says much nor never finds a reason to be overly emotional. He finds no reason to be unintentionally nice to someone if he does not know them. He's one that's reliable although only to those he deems worthy but that's still good. A lot of his better qualities only appear when he's around those he cares about or deems worthy of his expressions of emotion. He's rather friendly, however, when he is in the presence of those he knows and can also be caring as well as affectionate to those said individuals. He doesn't care to show his caring and affectionate side to very many people and once someone has seen it then they should consider it an honor. He does just throw about his emotions after all. Everything he does especially when interested in it he is devoted to 100% and he's super hard-working too. He never has been one to half ass something that he's interested in or determined to finish. Despite his attitude and typical cold like behavior, he is also quite enthusiastic in the things that he does that he likes and perseveres through things that he does no matter what. He likes to do things at their full and doesn't like to quit until he finished.
Negatives
Most people see Hachirou as a cold and grumpy individual as he almost always has a neutral expression upon his face but it’s just his front facade. He's more only like this when he is in the presence of those he could give a rats ass about and he'll proceed to be blunt in any situation though. It’s sad to admit but he is rather perverted and doesn't even seem to care too much about that fact either. This boy is also arrogant and vain liking to hear his own voice and loving compliments from just about anyone. He's not so bad on this to the point of thinking his own shit down stick but he could be close. He's got the inability of being disorganized and can't keep anything orderly for very long before it all comes crashing down on him; his job is a pain in the butt here. He is flawed to the extent of being mistrusting and never trusts someone fully off the bat, which is good but it’s to the point of being ridiculous. Can't blame him though as he's had his own fair share of issues, which lead to this. Lastly, he has the distinct problem of being easily angered and has a habit of slipping into a rage for the stupidest then. He has tried to get over this behavior and usually takes it out on a wall avoiding people as best as he can.

History & Misc.
Not much to be said here about Hachirou. His life isn't all that interesting to himself and he wouldn't think anyone else would care to know. He has 3 younger siblings, one brother and two sisters, that he takes care of with great care and affection. They and their mother are pretty much the only ones that ever get to see this side of him. He took up the job at the convenience store to help out his mom since she just recently got sick. He was actually going to drop out of school to take up a full time job but she about nearly cursed him out for it. She may be sick but she has insisted on during her part in house despite all the protests from her children. She tries to work but most of the time comes home sick from over working herself but the company she works for is trying to help them out. Did I mention that his dad is nowhere to be found? He ran off not long after his youngest sibling was born and Hachi has quite the hatred for him.
He currently isn't aware that his father used to be the sun guardian of the Spiaggia family nor that one of his best friends is part of the mafia. Hachirou has been friends with Raitarou since they were tiny tots mainly based on the connection that his father had to Rai's mother. It was when she died protecting them that he ran off and left his family behind. He was too young to know that that was what had happened and so they both pretty much lost a parent at the same time. However, Hachi was more angry about it than anything because he knew his father had left them. He was smart enough to know that since they didn't bury him like Rai had to his mother then he was obviously still alive and just left them. He didn't stay too bitter over this for long as he put that thought into the back of his mind and focused on other things. It was hard not to be separated from Raitarou when every year they seemed to be placed into the same class. It didn't matter if it was a new school from kindergarten to their current very last year of high school they have been in the same class. Its kind of freaky but at the same time he's never minded it.
Hachirou despite his looks and his attitude does his best in school even if he doesn't like tests. He only dislikes them because he has to stay up studying for them and he's usually already had a long night at work. He works late hours after much pleading with this store boss because he needs the money to help his family after all.
Hachirou stands at a straight 6". He's pretty much on the lean side of the scale but he's healthy as well as tough. He doesn't know any fighting style since his family is poor but he has gotten into his own fair share of fights. He knows how to fist fight but that's pretty much all to it. Add a blade and he's really street. One can usually tell when he hasn't had any sleep as he'll have bags under his eyes and he'll be relatively grumpy.
