Raiji's branch of the Chiavarone Famiglia is particularly tied to the Vongola Fagmilia as a line of guardians. A "Chevalier", if you so wish to use the term. Raijin was not set to one member of the family in particular, but instead, tasked himself with protecting whichever family member would need it at the time of his presence. This has made his job within the Mafia a tad.. difficult. However, he's certain that he will find someone who requires his utmost attention. After all, he wasn't assigned the task just to hang around and look pretty, you know.

Flame Attribute & Abilities:

Unyielding Thunder: Lightning Flames have a center that is off-white green and extremely sharp "spikes" of a dark neon green color. Its tendency to form round shapes with the sharper parts flailing around is a heads down to how electricity is often depicted in animated works. On a similar note, when a Lightning Flame is lit, a buzzing sound similar to that of electricity is heard instead of the common Flame sound, which is associated with fire. Lightning Flames are in many ways more similar to electricity than actual flames. The special trait of these Flames, Hardening, can be employed to harden and increase the firmness of objects. By themselves, the Flames can be used defensively by projecting a solid barrier and also offensively by cutting like a sharp blade or electrocuting like actual electricity.

Precipitarsi Fulmine(Charging Bolt): By channeling the electricity within his body, sparks of lightning begin to radiate off of his form, snapping and crackling like he were becoming a generator! Within a flash, he can charge in upon an opponent within the blink of an eye at a top speed of 120 mph! The intended target will find themselves taking heavy impact damage and possibly temporary numbness from the electricity, while Raiji takes an enhanced boost to his movement speed.

Thunderous Passion I: A box weapon that comes in the form of an electric guitar, harnessing the powers of the Lightning Flame user and channeling it into a spectacular display of power and awesome lightshows! With this weapon in tow, Raiji is able to harness lightning to a certain degree, either creating barriers of electricity, or sending high-voltage bolts at a desired target. All of this while playing the passionate music of rock!

Shocking Soul: With this ability, Raiji begins to shred along the strings of his guitar, stirring up an energy within the very soul! The more he plays, the more his guitar charges with electricity until he strikes the final chord and sends a bolt of lightning at his intended target! It won't be enough to kill a human, but surely enough to incapacitate them!

Phospheros: The Lightning Unicorn is a Box Animal that was specially designed for Raiji in the use of battle. It boasts high speeds to deal out heavy damage when combined with a Lightning Flame user's own powers. It is said to be designed after the supposed unicorns which drove the Lightning Chariot in Greek mythology. Its main abilities are in bolstering its users speed up to 250 mph.

Hold up!

There are a couple of things that need to be addressed before you can be approved. One of these things is that the image at the top of the application needs to be 400x200 and not any bigger than that. It doesn't look good any other size than that.

You don't really have to have a middle name on your account. Just first name and family name will be fine. Keeps it less cluttered when compared to everyone else. I'm also a little confused because on your account it says the name one way and in the profile it says it another way.

Loyal and protective should be put as separate personality traits. You can have more than 5 of each but don't have more positives than negatives. They should be balanced or their should be more negatives than positives. Occassional passive aggression and silent fury aren't really personality traits. You could put Passive Aggressive as a trait instead of what you did. I'm not really sure what silent fury is supposed to mean otherwise I would suggest synonyms for you and you could trade in jokester for mischievous.

Another thing I'd like to point out is that the history was more like a description of the point of his family branch, which makes me understand what the whole Vongola Guardian business was on the box post. That's it. I saw that you put up to be a descendant of Gokudera but I'm not really sure as to why. That isn't really a history for one and I would definitely like to know how he's a descendant of Gokudera when he's got the last name of Dino. Especially since you wanted to reserve that he a 19 year old is a great grandson of Gokudera. One thing is for sure it does say on the descendants list that you need to contact the people who have descendants and see what they are doing and the example of a character is one of mine for Gokudera. Silvia is the oldest grandchild as she is 25 and definitely hasn't had any children let alone one that is only 6 years younger than her. If you meant grandchild then that is fine but I still want to know the history of Raijin besides the branch thing. I would also like to point out that the Vongola doesn't really need a branch from the Chiavarone family dedicated to protecting them since that's what they have guardians for as well as the Varia and the CEDEF. They have plenty of protection. If you want to make the Chiavarone then feel free but they don't need to be protecting the Vongola in the manner of guarding them.
