There are many traits to Haruka that makes her who she is. These traits divided into even more traits, making her a confusing and seemingly impossible puzzle to solve. The first to note is that she is very forgiving. She doesn’t hold grudges. Even if you have a bad past, she forgives you. This side shows her nurturing and gentle side. However, sometimes she seems idealistic. She rather solves things through discussion then violence. So this makes her a tad obvious and naïve but still a noble person. However, even still, she is a very compassionate and caring soul. Still, those who betray her or hurt her friends and loved ones beware. This will cause her to snap her so called fangs. When showing her fangs, she shows she can be rather ruthless and unforgiving..but more about this will discussed later.
Haru is a bright thinker and is the opposite of pessimistic. She views things as half full and on the bright side. Meaning she is optimistic. Even in the ugliness and cruelty of the word, she still finds it beautiful and great. She is also quiet cheerful and loves to cause laughter and joy. She is a bit of a prankster and is very playful. She tends to smile with a wide foolish grin on her face. She sometimes goes by instinct and trusts her gut and heart, thus making her adaptable and flexible. However, she is also thoughtful and logical. This makes her a perspective person. She can be rather blunt, saying the honest facts. However, she knows when to hold her mouth. Still, sometimes her comments get her in trouble...
Haruka is a hardworking, dedicated, and determined person. With her level head [when not being stubborn], she keeps a policy to be rational and open minded. Despite her seemingly foolish grin and an idiot, she is also very observant and perspective. She easily figures out problems. However, she oddly cannot figure out her own emotions and problems. That is really annoying. She is willing to give and take help; however she also has a manner of pride, being independent, and her personal honor. Her pride won’t let her most of the time let people do her jobs for her. Even if she can be a tad lazy sometimes, she gets the job done. Even if she might do it differently. This might be her rebellious streak poking through. However, her loyalty won’t let her abandon a job or a task. This carries onto her friends and her good acquaintances. However, she can be indifferent to strangers and their needs and worries. Still, she is a reliable ally and worker, and a dedicated/loyal friend.
She is bold and daring. Meaning she takes a sometimes dramatic approach to things. She is a fiery spitfire and has a feisty behavior. She is also a tad short temperature and a bit hot headed. She is unyielding, to Sometimes the extent she is a sort of dare devil. She is proud yet in a way sort of gullible. She is also a bit sassy and on the verge of bold with her blunt and sarcastic comment. She is also stubborn too, like a stubborn wild horse. Meaning she got tons of spirit. She can be patient, however she gets frustrated easily. Mostly over confusing topics and discussions and arguments. Still, she doesn’t show her fear in most situations. She is quiet fearless and willing to stand her ground.
Haruka has some more negative traits, some are unintentional and some are just instinctive reactions. First, she is accident-prone. She makes mistakes and problems, but she fixes them in the end or at least tries to. This might be due to her klutzy and not graceful behavior sometimes. She is also absent-minded. Meaning her mind drifts away easily in thought. Haruka is also forgetful. She easily forgets name and places and easily gets lost, much her frustration.
Haruka can be, sometimes much to her displeasure, a cuthtroat woman. She is ruthless when it comes to certain situations and sometimes seems heartless. She can be sometimes playful and flirty, but will quickly back down and go distant if things go too far. This is due to her insecure and lack of self-worth. She feelings a being like her, a monster, doesn’t deserve compassion and love. She is hesitant to form bonds and develop deep feelings besides acquaintances. Because of this, she can be seen as withdrawn. However, she is still affectionate. She is also passionate, but she restrains herself most of the time. She is also reclusive, mysterious, and with a bad habit of being disorganized.

Haruka was born to the eldest son of Rokudo Mukuro and another illusionist. She is also the second eldest child of 3 siblings, meaning she is the middle child. She is also the only female offspring of the family. Both her parents were mercenaries and informants for the mafia world. They let no one tied them down if possible.
Haruka's mother was also hired as an illusionist/magician/escape artist. These tricks will be passed down to her only daughter at the age. She was so proud of her daughter Haruka when she produced her first illusion at the age of 4. So onward Haruka began training in illusions and in the art of trickery/mist flames as soon as it was showed. At first, it was simple illusions because she was so young. She was around 6 years old when she produced her first mist flame influence illusion.
Over the years, Haruka was taught many escape tricks and information technique. From picking locks, to getting out of ropes, to breaking and opening stuff. She found the thrill of doing things easily that others couldn't. Haruka was especially good at machines and electronics, and even started to learn hacking and many other fancy computer based skills.
Eventually, Haruka's mother was perished accidentally in a crossfire of two mafia groups. She was around 10 at the time. Haruka, enraged and so mad, awakened her Grandfather's Realm of Hell (With will be renamed the Path of Pride in the future). She then proceeded to use the illusions to drive back her mother killers and drive them back into the wall until they were acting and sounded like sheep. Haruka was 12 at the time and her (sorta) hands were stained slightly red.
Eventually, Haruka and her family packed and moved from their home in Japan to Italy. There, she proceeded to live with her family along with her grandfather. Haruka was eventually taken under the wing of her grandfather to master her illusionist abilities. Under his guidance, she mastered the Realm of Hell (Now Path of Pride) and the Realm of Beasts. Much to the family's surprise, it seemed Haruka inherited only two paths it seems. However, Haruka also proceed some new abilities. The current confirmed potential number is 7. So Haruka, for now, decided to call her set abilities the Paths of Sin.
The family moved back to Japan when Haruka was around the age of 15. it was peaceful, until dad lost his job. So he had to get some new jobs and eventually over pushed himself. From the age of 16 and onward, Haruka worked in the shadows of the mafia. She collected data. She hacked. She even assassinated and kidnapped. It wasn't pretty. The reasoning was because her father was so overworked, he was tired and got gravely ill. To pay for medical bills, she did odd jobs and used the tricks her mother taught her (along with some new ones) to become an illusionist/escape artist/magician. However, she knew that type of money won't keep going on however.
So she started working as a freelance mercenary/assassin. This was to pay for bills and her college fees. Eventually, time passed and she was twenty-six. She graduated and got her degree and now is a doctor. She also owned a small inn/restaurant. When that incident happened. The Vongola ring battles were about to happen and the candidates will battle out between each other. They were recruiting for guardians. Haruka, was unfortunately, a prime target for one of the side's Mist Guardian. Eventually, she was persuaded to take the role as Mist Guardian. If only to pay for bills and to take care of her family. So she agreed to their terms...for now.
Recently, Haruka got one of the hell rings in the Rokudo family (the Malocchio ring) as a reward from her father as a amulet that will hopefully protect her. Her father, one of Mukuro Rokudo's sons, inherited his ring after he reached a certain skill level as an Illusionist. Recently, Haruka showed skill enough to potentially master the ring. However, shortly after this ring was stolen. So Haruka journeyed out to retrieve this ring. Just a few weeks before the current timeline started, she managed to get the ring and return home. Nowadays in public, she goes by her mother's maiden name most of time to protect herself.
