Shiloh was born late one December evening, during an snowstorm if memory served, or at least that is what his folks did tell him. The only difference is that he was born under an different name, Akiyo Suzuki which was jokenly an fitting name, due to the nature of his family. White world. Sure it was cheeky, at least that is what the Terzo Glacier Guardian thought during the naming process. So during most of his childhood was essentially people poking fun at his name, however they quickly stopped once the boy threatened to bite their fingers off. As you can tell, Shiloh was an icy fellow even during his youth, however to a bit of an lesser extent to what he is now.

However Shiloh's memories of those days is like an big blur, an gap that he could not for the life of him remember. He remembers of an argument between his parents, and being sent down to some relatives on his mother's side in Japan, under his current name. Every-time that the boy would ask about his parents to his aunt, she would simply avoid it, which led for Shiloh to suspect that he was pawned off by his parents, perhaps due to an lack of love or interest towards their child. This left an sour taste in Shiloh's mouth as he started to resent his parents more and more, and even rebelling against his adoptive family. This led to the guy being more harsh and cold towards the very people that cared for him, and even getting himself into a couple fights at school.

This eventually escalated, to the point where Shiloh would rarely come home as he would simply stay at someone else's home, usually an classmate's. When high-school graduation came around, the teen already made plans of moving out, leaving his 'family' and living on his own while getting an scholarship at the college at Namimori. Before Shiloh could leave, he as stopped by his uncle to Shiloh's surprise he didn't try to stop the teen or anything. He simply handed him an small pocket watch that had an weird emblem on the inside along with an carving of an name, however due to years of use part of it was unreadable but the words "Suzuki" was etched at the bottom of that emblem. Shiloh was told that he was dropped at the doorstep with that in hand, and if he wanted to figure out what happened to his parents, it might be best to figure out that item's origins.

Now Shiloh is staying at his small apartment in the middle of Namimori trying to finish up his culinary degree, all while trying to get by in this odd town. Shiloh's flame is considered to be the most defensive flame due to it's nature of taking the properties of both ice and sometimes diamond. This flame's property is freezing, as it draws out it's maximum combat strength when the user is surrounded by bodies of water, however the flame can be used without that water source. Shiloh has an tendency to use that high defensive power offensively, giving his kicks more of an ommf, and launching projectile attacks.

The most basic technique of the glacier flame, as it has the user fire out shards of his frozen flame at the enemy, with the intent of piercing or pelting their opponent.
