Dying Will Division
This division of the police force is recent addition to the Japanese Police Forces' division. With the influx of mafia to the island of Japan, the police have found it hard to keep up with the influx of crime that have followed the Italian crime lords. This division is a special ops division that deals with the mafia influence in Japan. They deal with any reports concerning the mafia as well as their crime dealings. They are considered some of the best the police force have to offer and are the only ones among them who have a knowledge of Dying Will Flames. Their knowledge isn't near as extensive as that of a mafioso because of how tight the mafia have kept the secrets of the Dying Will, but they have learned how to harness their dying wills to try to rival that of the mafia. They're doing a decent job of it, too.

Guidelines
The guidelines is this group is the following; - Members of this division have to be police officers with an interest in the mafia, or even the Yakuza. Either for their own ulterior motives or to put a stop to them permanently.
- Division members don't have access to a box weapon or animal simply because their knowledge of flames in minimal.
- The rings many of the members use vary from low ranking E rings to B ranked rings that they have confiscated from mafioso they have apprehended. Anything above B+ tend to be family rings for guardians or the boss and are thus less likely to be in the possession. Explanation for anything above a B ranked ring is required.
- Members of the force are considered the best that the police and Japan's Self Defense Force have to offer. Members should have training above that of a regular officer of the law.
- Because of how this force is set up, members of this should be 18 or older, due to the fact that Japan's self defense force and police forces would not hire anybody younger.
- There is no true leader of this police force. They are a team first and foremost and are expected to act accordingly. They are all equal, but may appoint a leader of this own. Leader of this group must be voted on by the members.
