Reiko has typically been seen by the people that know her and the people that don't alike as friendly because she's never seen without a smile planted on that pretty face of hers. She may go around or may have went around causing destruction as a bully destroyer but she would even do that with a smile on her face. Her attitude towards bullies is probably what made her such a friendly person in other people's eyes and the way she acts around her fans also grants her this same thing. She doesn't know any other way to be but that way. She's also been found to be very caring to those she doesn't know and those she does know especially the people she does know. There is not a person that doesn't deserve to be cared for in her opinion especially if they are someone that is in need. She likes to take care of her family in particular and it shows when she's around her sister(s). She's affectionate to those she cares deeply about and shows these feelings of affection for them and them alone. No one else gets to see this side of her and its specifically reserved for her baby sister(s) and her cousins or just family in general. She has a cheerful disposition about things and that sometimes surprises people if they know about her past at all. She has been through things that would leave anyone less than happy about anything. Her cheerful attitude is something that contributed to her becoming an idol. She is both courageous and tough because she'll things that could be seen as terrifying right in the eye with out backing down. She's managed to over come her fear of thunder and lightning or rather face it when she's in front of her fans without panicking. She's a tough individual and doesn't give up unless she's forced to or enable to fight anymore at all. She never backs down either unless she is again forced and doesn't care if the person is ten times bigger than her she'll never back down. She's reliable and likes to be someone that can be depended on. She finds it no problem at all to help out those in need and she'll be that crutch for her loves ones if she needs to be. She doesn't even mind being a shoulder for them to cry on or being their rock so they'll remain calm or to settle them down. She likes to be like a big sister to anyone that looks up to her or that she takes care of because to her if means that they find her reliable. She is intelligent and confident but not too over so when it comes to confidence. She believes in her ability to some extent and the ability of those around her such as the Vongola but more so in their ability than her own. She was always good at keeping her grades up and is good at thinking up strategies if she isn't too mad at the point in time. She'll help her sister(s) with homework if they need help or even her cousins if they need it too.

Negatives

Reiko is first and foremost stubborn and almost never takes no for an answer or backs down from anything. This has gotten her in plenty of trouble over it. She's also reckless and over protective and the two go hand in hand. She'll be reckless while protecting those she feels need it and especially those who are innocent to what is going on. She doesn't care what happens to her most of the time as long as her loved ones are safe and she was able to do something about keeping them that way. She also can't help herself but be reckless when someone's done something to cross her or make her mad. She's feisty and loud and she could care less about what people think. She isn't one to back down after all and she can keep going until she's completely wore out. She doesn't care if people think she's loud or obnoxious its how she is and that's never gonna change unless she has to be quiet or can't talk. The most noticeable thing about Reiko though is that she is easily angered and that's mainly because a lot of things can make her mad and fast. She's not got a short temper at all in fact once faced with a reason to be mad she's full blown angry. Its something that has been blamed on her hair color plenty of times claiming that she is hotheaded and it shows through that. She can be blunt although sometimes she doesn't mean it and will apologize about it. But she does say what she means and mean what she says. She doesn't care who she is talking to she'll say it to them anyway because her opinion matters of course but that doesn't mean its always a good one. Reiko has her moments when she's melancholy and also feels the need to think she is vulnerable. She has been through things that no normal girl will ever go through or ever experienced. She does have times where she just can't deal with things and is depressed when she doesn't normally do so she tries to hide when she like this way. She also thinks that she is helpless when it comes into a lot of things and one of is the fact that she gets depressed like she does.

History & Misc.

It didn't all start out like she knows it now to be. She was completely normal as far as she knew when she was born and there was no need to worry about anything. The fact that she was related to a mafia boss or former mafia boss didn't mean anything to her especially not when she just knew him as grandpa. Her last name was something that was known throughout the mafia world. She was never pressured with the thoughts of being a candidate or not until it was much later in her life.

Life was peaceful for a time until the day that time stood still for Reiko at the age of 7. She had been blessed with a little sister just two years before. Things became complicated as her father had an affair with her youngest sister's mother while out on a mission but kept this a secret from his family. Being someone as important she was going to end up was something that was supposed to be a secret as well but that didn't last long. It ended up with the two sisters being left alone in the world with no parents. The two were taken in by their grandpa because he was their next of kin and she started to undergo her training. While living there with her grandpa the girls were looked after by Cesarina who brought their spirits back up after their parent's death and they were treated just like they would be if she was their real mom.

Since before her parents died she had been enrolled into karate and she continued to take steady lessons reaching the goal of black belt by the end of her middle school career. She was able to experience a normal lifestyle until she finished up her elementary career even when being raised by her grandfather. She realized probably in the middle of high school career that she didn't want to be the boss of the Neo Vongola family and she didn't want that for her sister either. She was allowed to decline both her and her little sister's candidate spot with the graces of her grandfather. It was while she was in high school that she also started to aspire to become an idol. Her grandfather gave her a third option after finding just how passionate she still was about her family. She started her training to be CEDEF material around the same time she started putting herself out there to become an idol. Besides the fact that she was the perfect person to become the boss of CEDEF and carry on what her father couldn't do.

She reached her goal of being an idol by the time she graduated high school where she was able to do things more freely. She may not like being alone but she's been all around the world for the last few years of her life while also maintaining her CEDEF training. She's quite well known in both worlds as the Sky Princess or Cielo Principessa in the mafia world and Reiko-chan in the idol world where she doesn't refer to herself with a last name. She's kept her sister's identity a secret as she lives peacefully in Namimori to ensure she grows up relatively normal and sends money to help take care of her. Her baby sister is going by their mother's last name to insure that.

Reiko has yet to find out about who her half sister is or that she actually has one. She's pretty confident about her choice and stands by it even if she knows little about the child. Her grandfather gave her the information and if he put them into consideration then there must be a reason for it. She doesn't question his good judgement unlike her uncle Hikaru. She officially became the boss of CEDEF a year ago at the age of 21 because she was ready and it was time for some young blood or at least that's what Basil said to her.

Reiko has this air about her that makes her approachable and an easy person to talk to. Well most of the time that is. If she's fuming about something then her expression makes her very hard to approach and in fact no one would want to approach someone who punches a wall. She tends to wear a smile on her face all the time especially when she is around people or fans.

Reiko stands at a height of 5'8", which is pretty tall for someone of her nature. She doesn't seem to mind being taller than almost any other girl around because she's happy with how she is. She has her lip pierced on the left side of her lip and a small scar rests on the right side of her lip where her second lip piercing once was before it was ripped out in a fight.

Reiko hasn't been to visit her parent's graves since the day they were put in the ground. The house they used to live in became abandoned after their deaths and it was torn down after a few years of sitting empty.

Reiko is super allergic to bees and if she doesn't receive the proper care after being stung by one she has the potential of dying.

Reiko wants revenge over the guy who hired the hitman to kill her, which resulted in her parent’s deaths and resents that they might not even be alive anymore.

When there are thunderstorms, she’ll lock herself in her room to hide under her covers or jump into a random closest or enclosed hiding spot until it is over. She has gotten to the point where if she's around people she'll try not to show that she's scared or run off to hide.

Reiko can’t help but be very protective over her friends and family and would risk injury to keep them safe. She’d also drop everything on her plate if her little sister needed her to do something and always, always has her back no matter what.

Reiko seems to have quite the potty mouth as some would call it although not all that prominent unless she’s mad or dealing with a bully.

---Hyper Dying Will Mode
It was during one of her more intensive training that she found herself able to grasp at preforming the Hyper Dying Will Mode. It has been a long time since she managed to access this mode as it was before she decided she didn't want to be the Neo Vongola boss. Her tutor who is the son of Reborn as well as the father to Remo and his twin brother is who brought out her potential. Her training didn't go to waste after she declined as it would still come in handy for being the CEDEF boss. She was carefully trained to surpass the five minute limit of Dying Will Mode that is needed to be able to fully use the Hyper Dying Will Mode. In this mode, she enters a much calmer state of mind and as she shares blood with Tsunayoshi it unlocks her hyper intuition. Being in Hyper Dying Will Mode also removes any drawbacks she made have fighting in Dying Will Mode and is also helps her prefer her X-burner a lot smoother. While in this mode, her pupils fade to a dark color and her irises become lighter than her original eye color as well as her sky flames sprout from her forehead. Her hyper intuition is unlocked in this mode it isn't perfect even after all the time she's been training and fighting with it. There are still some illusions that even she can't see through. There is still the drawbacks she receives for taking up this form like making her body feel as if its going to break in two and feeling of death when she leaves HDWM.

Dying Will Pills 6/6
She normally forgets these when she's doing her idol duties but anytime she's preforming her CEDEF duties she always has them on her. She uses these pills to place her into either Dying Will Mode or Hyper Dying Will Mode depending on if she eats one or two pills. She typically fights in HDWM, however, because it is a much better fighting experience.

---Sky Twin Pistols

What else would you expect to come from this box. The box contains two pistols that are identical in appearance thus making them twins. They are generally seen as typical weapon of that of a hitman or someone in the mafioso like Reiko is. They are both black in color and appear completely normal except for the orange X on one of them and a red I on the other. These guns don't work like normal guns after since they shoot sky flames instead of bullets. The pistol with an orange X on it shoots soft flames while the pistol with a red I on it shoots hard flames. She uses her guns to shoot her version of the x-burner than her grandfather created. It only works properly if synchronized and used with the x-contacts. This ability is highly dangerous if not used with the x-contacts and balanced properly. The range on this ability is that of 50 yards, which is roughly 45 meters. The closer one is to the X-burner the more powerful it will be and if one moves away from the origin point it will be much weaker.

Reiko's box weapon is that of an arctic wolf that she named Tamotsu because she believes him to be a defender or protector and she sometimes fondly calls him Tsu-chan. He is an elegant and rather breath taking creature with thick snow white fur that seemingly has no flaws and pure blue eyes. He appears much like any normal arctic wolf but his stature is a bit bigger than normal ones. He stands to about Reiko's waist when on all fours and is big enough to carry her. Tamotsu has sky flames that surround all four of his paws, which enable him to dash about the sky if he pleases to do so as well as sprouting from his ears and coating his tail. He is loyal to Reiko and Reiko only seeming to only listen to someone else upon her request. He is quite over protective of her and watches over her every single minute he is outside of his box, which is a lot of the time. If an enemy attacks her then he bounds over to her immediately and shield her with his sky flames. His flames can form a shield that looks similar to a wave of flames to wash over Reiko or anyone he uses them on to protect them by harmonizing said flames.
