Seira was born and raised in Japan. And being born in the mafia, you would expect her childhood to be hectic. But, besides meeting other people on the mafia, and her parents being a hitman and hitwoman duo, and her family relations ... her childhood was relatively sane. The one down side she can remember from her toddlers years was when her uncle Akira had died on duty when she was three. It was a sad time but her and her parents were there to comfort Ryuu and Rika.
Although Seira spent time with other kids, she was never the most social child and because of this became sort of soft and gentle. Much to the surprise of everyone when her parents were extremely boisterous.
Eventually her parents realized that Seira didn't have a "average" intellect. She was actually quite above average and because of this, they enrolled their child in school a year earlier than she should have. And instead of being behind, she was way ahead of the class.
Her parents at the time were slowly becoming a very famous (or infamous) hitmen couple. And they began to go away more and more. Eventually, they couldn't leave Seira with relatives all the time. Instead they hired a bodyguard/caretaker/baby-sitter. She never really ever bothered to learn his real name and instead called him Bodyguard her whole life. They never particularly connected to each other until the day he bought home a video game system for Seira. Ever since that day she has been a game addict and would play with Bodyguard after school and whenever they had free time. She also got into mmo's. And for a kid at about five playing mmo's, she was pretty darn good.
It was okay with just being with Bodyguard and her parents dropping in week after week. But when Seira turned seven, her parents almost completely disappeared from her life. They're returns were less frequent until eventually, they had to leave months at a time. She began to become a little detached to her family and other people, missing her parents but not being able to do anything about it.
Besides her hardcore gaming and school, Seira didn't have much if a life. She hanged out a lot with Bodyguard and visited her cousins Ryuu and Ryker but other than that, it was bland. She knew in the future she had to take up the family business and probably train to be a assassin, but that was so far away. She did eventually take classes in her Aunt Rika's dojo but she always felt uncomfortable around swords, even if she was somewhat a natural.
She went into highschool and ... well dealt with the bullshit in highschool. Though it was also around that time that Seira began develop a almost obsession with boobs. Being flat chested herself she would always go around, comparing hers to others girls and feeling jealous and infatuated all at once. But, she somehow got away with a mega ton of gropes, smothers and squishes without being classified as a pervert. She was just that adorable little girl everyone knew, nothing more.
She essentially skipped a grade of highschool and ended up at her final year. And all she could see was herself graduating and nothing more. There was no true danger.
Then she went home one day and there was Bodyguard, sprawled out in his own blood and very much dead. And that scene is still etched into her mind. Ever since that incident, she has had a paralyzingly fear of blood and dead people. She was supposed to be a assassin? How could she do something like that?
It turned out Bodyguard was killed by a Hitman who was the of her parents, looking to kill her. He was later hunted down and killed. But he didn't leave this world without ruining Seira. Taking away her one companion. Showing her the hard and scary truth of her future.
She went in to graduate that year at sixteen, not in the best of spirits, and her parents decided she would go to Italy to learn from her Grandfather Squalo. It was time she became a real assassin. But she was scared. She didn't want to kill. She didn't want to see blood. She wanted to just okay her video games and be a kid. But there was no choice. She was whisked off and met her 'Legendary' Grandfather.
And Grandpa Squalo was probably the loudest person she ever met. Honestly, after meeting her grandpa, she knew exactly why her mom was so boisterous and loud. Though she couldn't say the same for herself. She even unconsciously began saying 'Voi' though much softer than her gramps.
He trained her to kill and to wield her sword and how to use boxes. Though eventually, Seira revealed her problem: she could not kill. She was scared of blood and she was frightened of wielding a sword. Squalo at first expressed extreme distaste. This was his grandchild? But eventually he warmed up to her as she did excel in his studies, though reluctantly most of the time. And the time for her to go back home finally.
Though, she was afraid to go back. She wasn't ready to be a assassin and kill. And because of this, her Grandfather Squalo felt a pity. And pulling some strings, he got get into a sort of 'rag tag' group of mafia who's ideals ventured towards not killing. She would to have to kill anyone. So leaving her gramps on a good note she returned to Japan.
She got back but the Spiaggia were currently in Venice on other business. And because of this, Seira had to settle down a bit in Japan. She took a job with her Aunt at the sushi shop so she could pay for the price of her small apartment. And it's been a few weeks since she has come back. But Seira hasn't really come back out to the world and hasn't seen her old friends and family minus Aunt Rika. Though she's planning it soon. But besides that there's one big thing on her mind.

• Her father is Akiyama Goro, brother of Akiyama Akira who is Ryuu's father and Ryker's mother.
• Her mother is Superbi Vitalia, daughter if Squalo the Sword Emporer.
• She isn't caught up with what's going on currently for she hasn't been home in a while. The ring battle and everything know to her.
•She's fluent in Japanese and Italian. But she doesn't know any other language besides that.
