Nico grew up in the slums of France. His mother was French while his mystery of a father was Japanese. He never knew his father because well, his mom was a prostitute. A rather popular one at that. He figured he got the body type of his father, but got the hair and eyes of his mother, which was a deadly combination for all the ladies, and gay boys.
His mother worked from home. She would bring men and women alike home, and earn her money. She didn't cost much, because she was a generally nice and easy going woman, and she had a lot of customers that were also going through rough times but would still like to play. Whenever she had got caught "working" in her room by Nico, she had adapted the term "playing." Which is the term he still refers to, when wanting sex.
The customers were quite fond of Nico. Not only was he a strapping young boy, he had quite the sweet mouth on him too. He caught on to sweet talking, flirting and compliments early, and he often got his way because of that. Because everyone had been all over him when he little, he developed a bit of an ego, which pops out from time to time. He is generally a good guy, never hurting or forcing anyone to do anything. He does like to judge people by looks, when looking for someone that he actually might want to "play" with. When he does, he generally makes it known, when his reaction to them is positive.
Nico is the kind of person who has generally not given a single crap. Even as a child, he didn't let the jealous boys in his class get him down. Not even when a guy caught him flirting with his girlfriend, and beat the crap out of him. He took it like a man and moved on, to the next lucky lady or man.
Throughout his adolescent years, Nico was unable to hold on to a lasting relationship. Thus, he joined the police academy and focused on his work. He was quite successful in it, using his good looks and charming ways to coerce answers from the arrested baddies.
- Nico is that one police officer very intent on the mafia's workings in Japan and is intent on revealing them to the world and arresting the leaders of the various mafia families.
