Kick aside all the savage noise, and raise the purest cry ever heard. This truly was a rather odd sight, Sven out in the wilderness and there was a good reason for that,"But sensei- why am I getting kicked out of the base?!"The guardian demanded an answer from his trainer and foster-father only for the man to huff slightly. "Maybe because you locked yourself in your room for about two days straight in front of his computer." To further illustrate the point Sven's eyes took on a red hue with bags under them, but it didn't stop Sven to continue to protest,"Well it's not my fault that they just decided to give double XP for those two days, and I definitely wasn't to go waste that. So if anything they are to blame for-" Before he could finish his sentence he was booted out of the base and told to go train in the forest and to even spend the night there, with no electronics or any of his gadgets. The brunette huffed as he climbed a small hill using his quarter staff as an walking stick, with hopes that with some higher ground would actually help him get some WiFi or at least a few bars on his cell."I swear to god sensei is gonna get an earful after this..." Sven mumbled as he trekked up to the top of the mountain and laid his bag containing his various supplies down on the grass as he took a moment to survey to area. Sure a few trees to his back and in-front of him lied a nice few of Namimori with the clouds and the-"Gahh, damn sun! Why are you so bloody bright?!" It was clear his eyes were still not adjusted from staring at his computer screen for a couple of days straight, resulted in the teen covering his eyes from the sun's rays and turning his back to the view. "Is this what irony feels like? Because it bloody burns." He mumbled while commenting on the fact that the sun guardian couldn't bare the sight of the source of his namesake. After that whole ordeal, Sven checked his phone for a chance of service but it only resulted in disappointment int he teen,"Figures..." He mumbled before looking at his supplies and tried to figure out what he should do now,"I guess I can leave the tent for later, and might as well work on my aim." He went over his options before taking off the three chakrams from his wrists and set a target on one the trees before throwing one at a time. Two out of three of his disks struck perfectly in the bark of the tree, however the third managed to get caught by a sudden gust of wind and flew in deeper in the forest,"You have to be kidding me..." He mumbled as he kicked the dirt slightly in frustration before taking his staff and removing his two other chakrams out of the tree and moved further in to search for his missing weapon, all while grumbling over the whole matter. ✿ yer faise tagged 568 words poor Sven notes

[/i] Mint thought as she cut down a low hanging branch with her Metal Edge. Her grandmother, her predecessor and trainer, had decided that the young guardian needed some time in the field preparing her combat and survival skills, in case a situation ever arose further down the road.

“Well since I’m here, I guess I might as well as take this time to my advantage.” She said as she took a deep breath. She’d chosen to wear athletic clothing, consisting of a short sleeve, blue, dry-fit shirt with lightweight and breathable black sweat pants. Around her wrist sat a GPS watch and on her right middle finger, the CEDEF Rain Ring.

The ring was the current focus, as a gentle, wavering blue flame shone on the metal surface. She gripped her Metal Edge tighter, hoping to bring the flame closer to the conductive material of her weapon. Suddenly, her beloved weapon flared up as it was coated in Rain Flames, much to her glee. As far as she could remember, this was the easiest time to utilize her flame on her weapon. She almost squealed with excitement before a whirling sound reached her ear. Her reflexes kicked in, pulling the blade up in a defensive manner.

Good thing she did too!

Her flame covered weapon blocked a chakram that came at her through the foliage. Oh shit! Did Granny decide to have others out here in order to train me?!? She thought as the deflected weapon flew into a tree. The guardian’s blue eyes quickly scanned the area, looking for any signs of life that could be the assailants.

When she was satisfied that no one was around, she eased up ever so slightly. She went over to the weapon and picked it up, examining it for any identifying marks. She couldn’t find any, causing Mint to shake her head.

This was just her bloody luck too.

Maybe if she went that direction, she could find the bladed ring’s user. As long as they didn’t attack her, she would try not to attack them first. She began to walk in the direction the chakram had flown from, hoping to find whoever was in the forest with her.[/ul]

It was rather clear that Sven didn't really want to be out there in the forest, due to a lack of well, technology which were the objects he mostly found solace in however he had to man up and show his foster father that he can do this. He pushed through various tree branches with his free hand as he used his quarter staff as a walking stick,"Now if I was a chakram where would I be..." He mumbled to himself as he looked for a sign of his weapon, as the while the two other ones that he had fastened to his pants clanked together with almost every movement which quickly got more and more on Sven's nerves, almost like a taunt saying that he will never find their brethren. "Now where the hell are you?!" He patience was starting to get to a breaking point as his free hand started to ball into a fist, but when the sound of metal clashing against metal was heard further out, his eyes widened,"God, don't tell me the thing got someone!" Was the thought that rushed through his head as he suddenly made a B-line towards the source of the sound. Sven couldn't help but panic as the thoughts of his weapon striking someone ran through his head, he wouldn't be able to live with himself if a civilian got struck, and he was prepared to use his sun flames if things got bad. In his panic however since he was running down a hill, he didn't really pay mind on where he was stepping ad actually ended up tripping on a stone jutting from the ground. "You have to be kidding -" Now we got the sun guardian tumbling down a hill with his quarterstaff right behind him, knocked aside any branches and such as his way down, however the only thought that ran through his mind was."I hate nature. I really hate it." It wasn't until he reached flat ground that he was able to stop rolling around and come to a stop, which lead to a small grown from Sven. He opened his eyes to check on his surroundings and was relieved that his glasses actually did not break from his ordeal however he didn't really expect to see another person when he landed, and upon realizing that fact he quickly rose to his feet and patted himself off to wipe away some of the dirt on his clothing. He then glanced at the person before asking his question,"Have you seen a metal disk around here, cause I heard it hit something around here. It didn't hurt you did it?" He asked before blinking a few times when he saw the person. If he wasn't seeing things, he believed that the girl was a member of the familia as he sworn that he has seen her around the headquarters once or twice. It then occurred to him that it was the Rain guardian of the CEDEF, Mint something. He didn't remember her full name but he was aware of his job and the fact that she was around the same age as him, however his fears were a bit at ease as she was sure to prevent the disk from striking, and if not she isn't a civilian so he can openly use his flames to heal a wound. It did strike him odd that she too would be out in the woods as well, perhaps she was doing training as well? "What'cha doing around the woods as well? My sensei asked ya to make sure I was actually staying out here or something?" He asked her as he scratched the back of his head slightly, as it entirely wasn't out of the question as his foster father did have a habit of being skeptical of Sven's actions.✿ Mint Dolconda tagged 670 words nature is bad kids... notes
