my heart is cold, please don't leave He watched out of the window as one of his father's men drove him towards his destination. The countryside was familiar to him, but he barely recognized it from his childhood. All he saw was the ghosts of his past, rising up unbidden to his mind. Driving past the school he had attended, for so little time. Older kids bullying him in the mornings before school started, if he was even on time, or in the afternoon where he lingered in the school yard, not wanting to go home. Lingering under a tree if it was raining, waiting for it to go away before he headed home.
Sheeka had the man drop him off several blocks away from where he wanted to be, smiling at him briefly as he dropped out of the car and began walking along the sidewalk towards what had once been, but was no longer, home. Memories rose again, unwanted as he peered out from behind a tree towards his childhood home. He could see himself, balancing uncertainly on the roof as he tried to climb down the night he had run away, instead falling unceremoniously into a bush below the window that had once been his bedroom. He remembered the fear at the fall, not that he'd hurt himself, but that his stepmother or his father had heard him and had woken up. He wasn't sure what would have happened, had he been caught...It didn't look like anybody was home. There weren't an vehicles in the driveway, but it didn't look like it was abandoned or anything. Sheeka sighed as he moved away from the house and back towards where he'd been dropped off, giving him careful directions to the cemetery where his mother had been buried, with the child she had died with. He left the car at the parking lot, slowly making his way through the gravestones. He was surprised that he even remembered the exact location of his mother's grave. He hadn't been there since the funeral...he'd told her he'd visit her a lot...but that hadn't been the case.
The man in the car watched as Sheeka weaved his way through the gravestones, turning on his phone to check the time of day and to call his boss about what was going on. He doubted Sheeka would even remember to, after this. He'd probably be sulky about it. A noise startled him and when he glanced up, he was looking into a silencer on the barrel of a handgun. There was man behind him, smiling. There were several people with him, including a pretty woman casually glancing off in the direction his boss' son had gone in, her fingers moving across the chain of a chain whip. She turned to him, blue eyes revealing nothing behind them as she smiled and pressed her finger to her lips, motioning for silence as the trigger was pulled. That was the last thing he saw as he slumped forward in the car, phone dropping to the floor.
The man leaned forward to retrieve the phone, amused at the number that was dialed in and already ringing. When the phone was answered, the man's voice, soft and ringing with pure amusement. "Good afternoon, Riva...I hope you don't mind me calling...but I just thought I'd inform you I wanted my son back...I'll take real good care of him this time." he wanted to retrieve a response, but hung up before he could and then removed the battery from the phone and dropping it to the ground before breaking the phone battery and the phone itself. No reason to lead the Riva to him, right? He turned to the woman and the men who had accompanied them and smiled. "Do whatever with the body...we are in a cemetery, after all. Shouldn't be too hard to hide it."
The woman slid over to him, graceful as a stalking leopard. "Can we go now? I want to see if he remembers me..." she mused, carefully running her fingers along the chain whip. "I polished and shined this just for him. It belonged to Varina, it should look its best in front of her grave," the woman mused lightly, running her fingers through her black locks of hair. She was excited as she walked through the gravestones, with purpose in her stride.
Sheeka had arrived at his mother's grave and flared his Mare Ring to life as he created the illusion of a bouquet of flowers in his hands, leaving it on top of the gravestone. It didn't look like anybody had really visited it in awhile and he felt sad at that. She must be lonely. He was sad and then angry. Had his own father not come and visited her, either? It wasn't surprising. His father hadn't once during the time he had been at home. He knew that their marriage hadn't been the best...but had it be so bad and unloving that he wouldn't even visit the grave of his wife?
He carefully wiped some of the dirt and the dust off the gravestone on the ground, revealing the name Varina Rovati under the dust and the dirt. He wasn't sure what to say and was most just content to stand there for several moments, trying to figure out something to say, eventually just electing to pretend he was actually having a conversation with her. "I love you mama, I hope you're proud of me...I'm part of your family with Raitaro. He's a moron most of the time, but I love him anyway. He's my best friend. And there's Ryker, he's really hyper, he's our cloud guardian...and there's our storm guardian, Sheng...he really likes cleaning things...and there's Sayomi, she's my second and she's really...she's just psychotic. And there's Hachi, he works a lot, but is really reliable too..." he was sitting on the ground now, sort of leaning against the back of the headstone as he spoke, sort of like one would if they were leaning back-to-back against somebody. He opened his mouth to continue on, to mention Kaoru and the Varia when the feeling of being watched overcame him and he stood up quickly, backing himself up against the tree that overlooked his mother's gravestone.
Something cold, and metal pressed against his cheeks as the woman slid out from behind the tree, gliding an end of her chain whip against his skin. "That was cute..." she mused carefully as she leaned against the headstone, pointedly placing her feet on the gravestone that had Varina's name on it. "It's been so long...but I thought I'd be a nice person and let you talk to your precious mama for a bit. Did you enjoy your time with your son, Varina? Well, this'll be the first...and last time he comes here." she asked, in amusement as her heels tapped against the stone on the ground.
Rage flickered through Sheeka's eyes as he watched the woman treat his mother's grave like it didn't matter. Then it faded into a fear he hadn't felt since he was a child. He couldn't let that show. He wasn't afraid of her...no. He couldn't be. He'd left her behind. He'd left his father behind. "There a reason why you're here?" he asked, managing to avoid letting the fear show in his voice as he avoided her gaze, looking over her shoulder as several more people joined them. Sheeka went ridged at sight of his father near his stepmother and tried to back away around the tree, but bumped into the form of the mechanical man, one working eye glaring at him as he aimed a rough punch towards Sheeka. He made a noise of surprise at that attack, ducking under the blow and around him. He was on him in the next second, one of his blades slicing cleanly through his throat with a spray of blood. Sheeka vaulted off of him before he hit the ground and moved grab the Sun Mare Ring from him and then flee.
A strangled noise left Sheeka's mouth as the chain whip wrapped around his neck after his attack, dragging him back into the fold. He couldn't breath and his fingers clawed helpless at the weapon around his neck as he dropped his dual short blades, them vanishing as he did. It's grip loosened but before he knew it, his forehead was colliding with the stone of his mother's gravestone, blood running into the engraved name of Varina. His blood. His vision swam momentarily, as a foot pressed against the back of his head. He felt cold metal clamp around his neck. here was a woman's voice near his ear as her fingers patted his head slightly. "Now now...it's been so long since we've seen each other. You shouldn't run away...or kill my men." she scolded lightly. "And now you can't," she smiled, standing up straight. "It's a brilliant piece of technology...a mammon chain in collar form - so no illusions for you~!" she stated overly cheerily before a small remote appeared in her hand. "And if it struggle too much..." she pressed a button on a remote in her hand and pain jolted through Sheeka's neck as the metal collar went off, sending electricity through him. He closed his eyes against the pain, a soft whimper leaving his mouth. A moment later, she removed the button. "So I wouldn't advise anything else...." she looked towards the man he had cut into deeply and sighed. "Well...he did fail in his mission...he needed to be punished," she mused as she glanced down at the man's dead body. She waved a hand dismissively as her husband went and retrieved his Sun Mare Ring. She leaned over, fingers grazing over Sheeka's hands, hunting for something. "Here it is," she stated, pulling the Mist Mare Ring from his finger, but leaving Segno. He couldn't use it anyway.
"G-give that back," Sheeka snapped, cursing himself for the tremor that had appeared in his voice. He shrunk back at a sharp look from the woman. "You do remember what happens if you don't listen?" she cooed softly, as the collar went off again, Sheeka couldn't stifle the yelp that filtered out of his mouth. "No. I won't. We need you, and these rings for what we have planned..." she stated casually as Sheeka felt his head crash into the gravestone again. His vision swam further before he blacked out.
Several of the men who had arrived with her moved, one of them picking up the small teenager and handcuffing his hands behind his back while two more grabbed the dead body of the man Sheeka had taken out. The woman glanced at her husband and the man who had picked Sheeka up. "Put him in the trunk of the car...don't forget to gag him or something in case he wakes up on the way back to base," she stated coolly as she glanced down at Varina's grave, Sheeka's blood running through the engraving of her name. "This is for rejecting a previous offer, Varina. This time, it isn't an offer...but you're dead, so it doesn't really matter what you think. I'll break him again and he'll be an obedient pawn in our little game."

MEANWHILE, IN THE SPIAGGIA'S SAFEHOUSE
Raitaro was having a minor struggle of conscience. He had his head propped up by a palm on the table and was running through scenarios that would be the best way to try and explain Sheeka's backstory to Ryker and Sheng. Sheeka'd asked him not to tell them because people looked at him different when they knew but as far as Raitaro was concerned they were family; everyone deserved to know about Sheeka's douchebag dad and step-mother. Not least because, slow as he was, even Raitaro had realised those assassins were probably sent by them. His gut response was to tell them the truth, he didn't like keeping secrets, but Sheeka had asked him not to so... and at this point you could see steam coming out of his ears as his head dropped with a whack onto the table. Maybe he should make up something embarassing? Yeeeaaaah, tell them Sheeka had to go to the doctors because he was having lady problems with his lady parts. Or to a plastic surgeon to give him bigger boobs or... nah, this was probably too serious a matter for his usual brand of tomfoolery. This sucks! He hated serious business. Should he try and call his dad? Nah, he'd just yell at him, maybe he should call Hachi and get him to smooth it over. A guilty part of his brain wondered if he should even call Sayomi so Sheeka could go back. He should trust him but he was worried... ahh, he'd send Sayomi a message at least that they needed her. He shivered slightly; while he did like her and they had kind of an understanding, she was pretty dang crazy sometimes. Ah well, as long as everyone in Spiaggia remained decently strong she wouldn't kill them.
He hadn't seen Ryker or Sheng for a few minutes, he idly wondered what they were doing as he clambered up the staircase to the bathroom. Maybe it was all the running water but he really needed to take a whizz. He was still lost in thought while he was standing there with the soft tinkling sounds filling the air when he heard the door get kicked in "FREEZE!" three or four men in SWAT uniforms holding guns barged in while Raitaro was still relieving himself "Eh?" "Get the translator in here!" "What's happening?" "You're under arrest" Someone at the back without a gun said "Hands in the air!" "Hell no!" "Are you resisting arrest!?" "Dude, just give me 3 minutes, can I at least pull my trousers up?" "Hands in the air now!" Raitaro took a long second to consider his next course. If he didn't comply they'd probably rush him, smack him around and then drag him downstairs. If he did... then Sheng and Ryker would see him with his wang hanging out. He didn't really have much choice. He pulled his trousers up.
--
Slightly more battered and bruised, Raitaro was tossed in a fairly plain room. Dull, worn carpet, two chairs bolted to the floor. It looked like a different breed of holding cell as Raitaro sat up and rubbed his head, checking the room to see if his allies had beaten him to it.
((OOC: So, yeah, the police holding bit is probably going to be less serious than Sheeka's stuff right now))

| CRASHING IN AND breaking you to bits |
One could tell that Sheng was kinda aggravated by the situation that befell the group earlier that day, not only were they ambushed by some hitmen and robots, but also the fact that they ran away with their tails between their legs. The Chinese-man could only sigh once he got to the safehouse, he took a look at his shirt and poked a finger through the claw marks that his opponent managed the make,"At least I brought a spare..." He mumbled as he made his way back to his room to change. A few moments later he stepped out of the room, wearing a shirt more suited to his usual style and made his way to the safehouse's kitchen for a quick drink. As he opened up the small fridge and took out a small bottle of water, his mind thought back to see if there was something he missed but no matter how much he thought he couldn't come up with an answer to what was their intentions with the earlier attack. Sheng scratched the back of his head slightly before making his way outside for a chance to think, and get some fresh air to clear his mind.
So there Sheng sat right in front of the safehouse's door, drinking his water while pondering to his thoughts,"It just seems weird. Why would they even think of attacking if they were just gonna run?" However Sheng didn't have much time to think much about the subject as a completely different problem arose, mainly followed by the sounds of sirens. At first Sheng didn't think too much of it, that is until swat vehicles quickly made their way to the safehouse and a squad of police rushed out of their cars and pointed their guns at the teen,"Down on the ground!" They yelled out to the teen as he was in the middle of another swig of his drink, and without much more persuasion dropped the bottle and raised his hands as that is what a normal person would do in this kind of situation. Sheng was quickly grabbed and handcuffed and taken aside to speak of a translator to inform him of the situation.
However Sheng wasn't really paying much attention to what the translator was saying, and payed more attention to the handcuffs that were on his wrists,"Didn't I make a bet with Rai that I could break free of these if given the chance?"The thought circled in his head for a bit, and with a smirk he decided to try it out and in the middle of the translator usual speal of rights and whatnot Sheng put a large amount of his upperbody strength to his arms, and believe it or not the cuff's chains snapped in the middle, which prompted the translator to raise an brow before yelling out for a couple more sets of handcuffs. He was then tossed into a van and after a while, he found himself being dragged and tossed into a rather boring room with a set of chairs set on each side of a table, and looked at his wrists which were now adorn with three sets of cuffs which prompted a rather smug grin from the teen,"Soo worth."
That grin did warp almost instantly as he examined the room and his eye started to twitch slightly as wiped a finger across the table,"My god..." Was all he could muster as he saw the thin layer of dust on his finger, how the hell did they know that this would drive the teen nuts?

| Never really stayed in one place Maybe that's the way it should be He couldn't wrap his mind around this, the whole thing with Sheeka and those guys. What was it even about? He had no idea what he was supposed to do. For a moment he wished he'd be able to forget. Ryker wanted to push this guy to talk about it, but would Rai even know how to talk about it? Perhaps not. He'd rather not get involved with that. The whole thing about Sheeka was still strange. With a small sigh he almost wondered if he'd be able to relax now. For this moment things were already tense, he could sense it slightly in the air. Not that he spoke about it, since speaking about it only seemed to be a bigger problem right now anyway. He couldn't help feeling that something wasn't right. But of course he'd rather not think too much about that. Since it wasn't likely to do him any good. Ryker knew if he kept on pushing it then he'd not get anywhere at this point. That he already knew. But would it end up helping him at all. Perhaps not. Sheeka didn't come back with them to tell him, or tell any of them. So why did he have to feel this way? Ryker only wanted some explanation.
Though of course he'd leave this alone for now. It'd probably not end up helping him all that much either. Not right now at the very least. He didn't get why Sheeka hadn't come back yet either. That worried him on it's own. But he kept his mouth shut about it. For now at the very least. He didn't know what he was going to even say when Sheeka came back. No he wasn't angry with him. But things felt really weird. That much he already knew, and of course he'd rather not dig into these things too much. Since right now it'd probably not mean very much. Seriously what was he supposed to do. He couldn't exactly do this the way he wanted to. Ryker only glanced at the other two when he heard the voices. Those loud steps too. What the hell was even going on? He didn't think he'd be tossed down on the ground a second later either. Ryker was kicking and squirming, he had no plans to give in right now.
This was boring and stupid. He didn't want to give in and they seemed to be holding him down. Ryker was fighting he would not give into this. No way in hell. Even as they seemed to be removing him from the room. Even being pulled into that room Ryker was kicking and screaming. "This is bull what the hell did we do!?" He grumbled and growled, still struggling at they dragged him into the room. What was he going to do? Right now it'd probably not matter. Ryker and the others had been arrested but where was Sheeka.
This was not right without Sheeka being here. Why did this even have to have happen?

Post by RAITARO INAZUMA on Jul 13, 2014 11:00:31 GMT -5
Raitaro sat up as Sheng arrived wearing multiple pairs of cuffs, he had the mixed reaction of being glad to see that Sheng was still alive and well but also a little sad that they were... well, both in custody with the police. He noticed the two stray loops of handcuffs with no chains and blinked for a second before realising what it was and sighing "Ahhh, fine, I owe you 1000 yen" Raitaro grumbled, taking note of Sheng's horror at the state of the room but failing to think of a way to be of assistance "Have you seen any sign of-" before he could finish they could both here Ryker loudly protesting the arrests as he was dragged through still being a damn firecracker of violence. Raitaro stared dumbly as he was tossed in with them and took a second to think whether he should even say anything. He seemed pretty pissed, would now really be a good time to remind him. He waited for a while but realised Sheeka was apparently not coming. Had he got away? He was tricksy like that. But he'd been worried about his dad earlier... could something have happened? He was still having that moral connundrum, he trusted these two completely but it was Sheeka's story to tell. What should he do? Or more importantly, what should they do here? All three of them together could probably handle fighting the Italian police, but how far would it escalate? Could they fight the army? Probably not. How about the other Mafioso who'd no doubt be super pissed three kids with Dying Will Flames kicked the crap out of the cops they paid off. No, they'd need to do something else... didn't they get a phone-call? If they called Alessio he could probably bail them out, bribe the cops, do all those immoral things Rai pretended he didn't know about. But would that work?
His thinking was interrupted by a sharp rap on the door as a young woman in a fashionable skirt and blazer walked in "We're ready to begin the interviews" she said in perfect Japanese "Inazuma-san. You are the leader of these criminals so you shall be going first" "Leader is a strong word" Raitaro mumbled as he got up and walked over, shooting them both a peace sign as he went.
The interview room was pretty barren but, Raitaro noted, mostly spotless. Except for a smudge of dust on the interviewers side. He frowned, that was annoying... he tried to reach across but the cuffs wouldn't reach. He shrugged, it was kind of annoying but not insanely so. The interviewer sat across from him "Raitaro Inazuma. 17 years old. Why are you in Italy, Inazuma-san?" "Scavenger Hunt" Raitaro replied immediately "I see... Do you know Alessandro Riva?" "Is that like a singer or something?" Raitaro looked confused and the expression was genuine. Not because he's a good actor, he just had no idea Alessandro was the actual name for Sheeka's step-dad, not Alessio. "Do you know why we arrested you?" "Because you were too shy to ask for my phone-number. I get it, it happens to a lot of girls, look I'll just write it down and-" -SLAM- "AHHH!" "This is not a game, Inazuma! You are in serious trouble! Do you even know how many people you killed?" "Zero" Raitaro replied, his usual idiocy dropped temporarily "We don't kill" "Explain that to your victims at the jewelry store!" she slammed a photograph down on the table. It wasn't pretty. There was a lot of blood. She produced more photos each of dead bodies littering the jewlery store. Raitaro wasn't shocked, he'd seen it when he'd headed there before. But that didn't mean he wasn't reacting. He could feel the chains on his cuffs creaking from his clenched fists "Need to see any more photos?" the interrogator asked icily. He couldn't stop himself, he tried but he couldn't. "Do you have any of you in a swimsuit?"
--
Dragged back into the holding room, an unconscious Raitaro was dropped on the floor, comical bumps and steam rising from his head as he twitched on the carpet "W-worth it" he wheezed "Ren-san, you're up next." the interrogator announced. She still had a lot of work to do...

| CRASHING IN AND breaking you to bits |
The teen couldn't help but smile slightly when Rai admited that he had one,"That's what you get for doubting me." Regarding Rai other comment before being cut off Ryker was thrown in after some kicking and screaming of sorts, it was clear that he was a bit more vocal on the matter. "Any sign of what?" A deadpan Sheng asked Rai on the matter of the earlier conversation, but before it seemed he got an answer a woman walked in the room and asked for Rai to go with her for an interview and when he flashed the peace sign Sheng only just sighed."That can't be good..." He mumbled, dreading on what their 'leader' might say.
While they waited for Rai to finish his interview, Sheng couldn't help but wonder how Sheeka manged to escape, then again the kid was short so he just probably just snuck through a hole or something to escape. "Well at least one of us got away, right?"He said to Ryker as he sat back to think of a nice cover-story or a way to get rid of suspicion on his part. It sure would have been nice for the whole group to figure out a story , things probably would go a lot smoother. His thoughts were kinda put on hold as the door opened again and a rather bruised up Rai was thrown in the room followed by him being called out for his interview. Sheng gulped nervously as he saw what was done to his leader and only feared on what was going to happen to him. So as Sheng left he looked back on Ryker and gave the teen a small thumbs-up as if the reassure that he wouldn't screw up like Rai.
The interview room was just about as barren as the holding room, except it was evident it was a lot more cleaner, so the two took their seats for the interview to being."Sheng-li Ren, nineteen years old. Now what brings you to Italy?" "I am but a leaf, drifting wherever the wind brings me." He could hear the interviewer's eyes roll. "Okay... Do you know a Alessandro Riva?" "I do not remember names of faces, I remembered one's strength." He crossed his arms, now why would they ask for Sheeks' father? "Do you know why you were arrested?" The irritation was starting to rise in the woman. "You wanted my advice for cleaning? That holding room is rather filthy, might I suggest a more frequent cleaning schedule?" "I don't know what you and your friend intend on accomplishing with this act! You guys are in deep trouble!" The interviewer then took out an photo of the jewelry store and placed it on her side of the table, right next to a....
Sheng's eye started to twitch at the sight of it, no not the picture, but the dust right next to it. He quickly moved his hands in order to wipe, away the smudge but the damn cuffs, were making it just out of his reach. This prompted the interview to raise a brow at Sheng's display of well, not completely getting a hold of the situation."Ahh, wanna take a better look at your group's crime scene? Wouldn't take you as the kind to admire his work." The interviewer was suspicious of his actions but Sheng shook his head.
"N-no, but do you have a rag or something?!" He stammered as he still tried to wipe away the dust from the table, this was torture for the poor teen. The interview just sighed as she took back the photo."Any thing else?" She asked. "YES! FOR YOU GUYS TO ACTUALLY TAKE CLEAN UP AFTER YOURSELVES! YOU DIRTY-"
It was due to that outburst that Sheng was thrown into the holding room once again, with a few bumps on his head, and tears running through his face."S-s-sooo dirty...." He mumbled.
"Reese! You're up." It was rather evident that she was getting annoyed at this whole situation. Italian Japanese

| Never really stayed in one place Maybe that's the way it should be This whole situation had gone bad fast, and he knew he was not in the mood of it. Why did he even bother? Ryker would not make this easy on cops trying to arrest him. So of course he fought, while they might not like it they had to deal with it. Simple as that put. With a small laugh, he hadn't calmed down towards the cops. If it had been Rai and Sheng talking to him then he'd be a bit better off. He wouldn't take his slight anger out on them. They were his friends, though he was glaring at Rai for a moment mouthing something about what the hell did he do to get them arrested. This was not something he wished to even deal with. Though it'd probably not help. Ryker tried to cool down and only failed. With Alexei on his mind things weren't working the way he wanted them to anyway. He glanced over at Rai and Sheng again, clicking his tongue against his teeth. "This is annoying...So much for a vacation." He laughed, Ryker was being a bit sarcastic. Perhaps he felt a bit bitter about this, and the watchful eyes would keep them under lock and key.
He had a feeling this was not going to get any better from here and he watched them take Rai off. Yes ask the boss man first because that always ended well. He wanted to talk to Sheng but he refused to. Right now they could be listening in. And it wasn't like they even knew why they were here. Seriously he'd rather not dig into, grumbling low in his throat he tried to keep from jumping up. This place was filthy and he on instinct covered his nose with one of his handcuffed hands. He was not in the mood, but the disaster of this place was annoying. Ryker was never clean exactly but even his room was a step up from this place. He wanted to lecture them on how they needed to do things but like it'd work.
He tried to pick at his cuffs to get them off, honestly Ryker was bored and he wanted to be able to feel his arms. The flames coating his fingers as he tried to get the handcuffs off again. Letting his flames die down when he heard those people come in. Or well throw Rai back in. How stupid was he? What did he say? Or what did he do this was confusing enough to him right now. He raised his hand to give Sheng a small thumbs up sticking his tongue out at the chick that walked back with him. Really this whole thing was so stupid, he didn't get why they wanted to know things. It wasn't like any of them had actually done anything. He was waiting for them to finish wasting his time here, he had too much on his mind to care about this.
"Tch. Well looks like they want to beat me up next~ let's see who runs out pulling out hairs first." He laughed a bit, this was not going to bother with this. And yet he'd also have to deal with so he walked into the room, it looked so boring. And Ryker instantly showed how bored he was by kicking his feet up onto the table. He didn't want to deal with her. This was a bit annoying honestly. People probably wouldn't like that very much, and yet he'd rather focus on something else. "So let's get this over with I'm bored, and want to eat." He rolled his eyes and leaned back in the chair. He was not being nice, Ryker had no reason to be nice. "Ryker Reese, Eighteen years old. You came with those two for what reason?" "Oh please, I came here to get drunk and fuck around with my friends, seriously what the heck do you think. This is our vacation. Or was till you stiff types kicked the door down." He yawned and figured this would go on longer. The woman looked so frustrated with him and that was only amusing. "Do you know why you were arrested?" Ryker laughed as she spoke and just rolled his eyes. "Because you are blaming us for something that you can't solve, like you usually do." This whole thing had become so annoying to him. But the next question only added to it.
"So do you know Alessandro Riva?" "What? That sounds like...the name of some food, or a weird looking animal. Jeez are you on something?" Ryker asked as he put his hands behind his head. Why would they want to know about that person? Really. But Ryker wasn't going to explain anything. He didn't care to explain things to people like this. He looked back at her and the picture she was pulling out. "what are you trying to show me? I hope it doesn't make me sick, I was planning on eating some good food. It's not like we did anything, seriously you are looking at the wrong people woman. Wasting your time with us, but maybe you have a thing for pretty boys~" He stuck his tongue out at the woman and stood up to lean across the table. Looking right at her with that smirk. "So what's it gonna be woman? You going to keep telling me bull I'm not involved in, or are you going to let me get out." He only laughed as he stood up and pushed the chair back. He would let himself out. Ryker didn't care much for this woman. He only walked back out to Rai and Sheng. "Let's blow this Popsicle stand, I'm bored and hungry."

Raitaro groaned as he sat up from his position face down next to Sheng and after a moment's thought (and a bit of a strain) broke his own cuffs with a slightly awkward whiplash. He glanced at Sheng and made a mental note he could probably eat through that many with Storm flames easily enough. Man, you never really realised how freakishly strong you all were until you were put in a regular ass position. He located the cleanest spot in the room and sat besides it so his neat-freak buddy could sit there if he felt like it. "Well, it coulda gone worse, I guess" Sheng was probably fine too, same way Raitaro was. All they needed now was for Ryker to go through the same process and they'd probably be scott-free. It'd suck but they didn't have any actual evidence and even a corrupt Italian court wouldn't be able to imprison three foreign nationals, let alone three with mafia ties, they'd have a lawyer from the Riva's over in seconds. As long as they didn't piss them off too much, everything'd be fine. So he was understandably worried when Ryker walked through and said they were leaving and stared, his wide-eyed face fault of terror being rather obvious as the woman furiously came up behind the Cloud Guardian. She clearly had no idea how to handle him since he showed no fear and, honestly, it intimidated her a little bit so she kept some distance.
"You are all in serious trouble! However, much as I am loathe to admit it, the evidence is lacking and given you are all of such young age we are going to let you go, but be warned. If ANYTHING else happens, if we can find just a little more evidence, we will throw you away for a very long time"
Raitaro was... actually quite relieved, it looked like they were going to be getting out just fine. Nothing else could go wrong

"Prison break~ Prison break~" Sayomi wasn't expecting to traumatize law enforcement the moment she made her trip in Italy. Sayomi pondered as she sat on one of the officers and pondered why exactly would they kick down the door when she was just enjoying herself..she also wondered if she should cancel the room service she ordered. She lightly tapped a groaning and injured body guard with her parasol. She started to speak in Italian. "Mister Officer, may I ask what I am being arrested for?" The officer was too afraid to speak. "I'll call a hospital if you speak." Sayomi got up from the officer and started to bend down and touch the other officer's cheek affectionately. "It's a promise~" The officer opened his mouth but then smirked when footsteps were being heard. She looked up to see a man armed in what she can only describe to be SWAT gear. Sayomi sighed at the sight and snapped her fingers. "So rude..." A mistdoll then appeared behind the armed officer and strangled him into unconsciousness. The officer was quite frankly back to being horrified seeing as how his only hope was no unconscious. Sayomi's expression changed to one of hostility despite her smile. "Now tell me what's going on?"Sayomi walked down to the street toward the police station, her parasol protecting her from the lights of the sky. She looked over and smiled. This seems to be the address that kind officer was telling her about. It was a good thing he is now resting peacefully in the safety of the hotel lobby. Sayomi opened the door and closed her parasol, much to the confusion of the police staff. She then performed a curtsey with her dark blue summer dress. "Hello, I'm Sayomi." Sayomi greeted in Italian. "I'd like to file a little complaint to this police department. You see, I heard from someone that you have some friends of mine in custody." Sayomi then looked like she was going to cry for a moment. "H-how could you? Aren't you all supposed to protect the innocent?! N-now what am I going to do with my only group of friends possibly thrown away for a crime they didn't commit...wwaaahhh..." Sayomi started to cry. The officers present were confused to say the least but one in particular went up to her. "Listen, miss...you need to calm down and properly explain the situation." Sayomi's tears stopped as a psychotic smile appeared on her face. Two Mist Dolls appeared, one appeared to grab his legs, another grabbed the pepper spray on his belt. Sayomi herself grabbed the gun on the man's belt and pointed it at his skull. "Okay~ You have a few minutes to lead me to my friends in an orderly fashion or else I'm going to have some fun with this officer and everyone in this room~" Sayomi said to a nearby security camera. "Also please drop any weapons you might have in an orderly fashion as well. I don't want to have to deal with using an police officer nor my mist dolls as bullet shields." The officer was more or less silently begging them to help him. "Okay~ So here are there names..."Tagged: Spiaggia Music: None Notes: Who's never watched a horror movie before?

The interrogator suddenly pressed a finger to her ear and gasped
"What!? There's a girl at the front desk asking about the prisoners? She's taken down how many!?" the policewoman looked furious as she looked back at her three suspects who were now looking significantly more suspicious and Raitaro quickly leapt up to defend them, his beating looking like it had entirely gone now. "Woah, woah! There's no proof we know the person doing this!" Raitaro was of the opinion it was Sheeks coming to bust them out, which he found odd, his right hand man was usually better than this when it came to plans. Like, he'd actually HAVE one, this was totally insane. Before she could reply their would be interrogator pressed her finger to her ear again "What? She has accomplices? They're DOLLS?" "Oh crap, it's Sayomi" Raitaro suddenly remembered the phone call he'd made earlier and the shivering sensation that followed was pretty understandable for anyone who'd met Sayomi. She was crazy as the day was long but she was a good friend. A good friend who had decided to use her powers of illusion to stage a jail-break using fire-arms rather than impersonate a superior officer and sneak them out. Which, to be fair, was his own damn fault for expecting any different. If they went after these three, of course they went after Sayomi too. Raitaro did his best not to think of how many would be in hospital.
But now they needed to get out somehow, they couldn't leave this to escalate. Sayomi might kill the entire police station if she got bored! Raitaro saw only one option here. Moving at a great speed, he appeared behind the interrogator and chopped down on her neck. She staggered forward before reeling back and glaring at him "Assaulting a police officer!?" "What? Oh come on, that always works when Sheng does it!" Raitaro was now facing the extremely angry interrogator and was feeling under a great deal of pressure... they needed to get going fast...

my heart is cold, please don't leave He awoke to complete darkness, his head pounding as he tried to focus on what was happening. He couldn't quite remember what exactly was going on. He shifted, realizing that he could barely move and then it all came flooding back in a rush of panic. Oh god. Had this been the entire intention all along? To get him worked out about his blood family that he'd leave himself wide open when he would leave his friends' safety? Had the taunts towards him gotten him so worked up that he'd risk that, after what had happened. Yes, it would. A wave of shame washed over him that he'd been so stupid. He was supposed to b the smart one of the Spiaggia, not this reckless. That begged the question of what they wanted with him. His parents had never truly made any effort to try to find him. Whether or not there had ever been a missing child report up in Italy in recent years wasn't known to him, but as far as he knew, there hadn't been one before he'd left. He'd checked before he had gotten a passport, so there wouldn't be any issues with that.
Wait. How long had he been out? He couldn't tell how long it had been. It felt like it had been hours, from the way his arms were sore. His legs had also been tied together and his hands cuffed behind his back. There was a gag in his mouth, keeping him from making any noises besides muffled noises of anger as he tried to escape. He knew that while he was certainly capable, he was also one of the weaker members of the Spiaggia itself and relied on his agility and cunning to get through things over strength, so essentially, breaking out of handcuffs was not his thing. Mist flames weren't as dense as the others and didn't cause as much damage, either. Besides that, mist flames weren't usually offensive anyway. He knew Rai, Sheng, and even Ryker would probably be able to break the cuffs if they tried hard enough. Sheeka, on the other hand, wasn't near as lucky in that department. So, as usually he had to rely on his own dexterity in the mater. He twisted, awkwardly because of his current situation as he lifted the hands cuffed behind his back towards his head and tilted his head back as far as he could.
His shoulders obviously weren't very amused with the position that they were meant to be in, but after a few moments of flexibility, and sudden pleasure from his short height, but long limbs, his fingers grasped something metal placed into his hair and he pulled, a hair pin falling into his hands. And Rai thought it funny when he bought hair pins! They were for this exact reason and he kept quite a few of them in his hair. These people hadn't done the greatest job at searching for weapons, although they may have just something so innocent go. With the pin in hand, he inserted it into the keyhole on the handcuffs. Several moments of fiddling around with it, there was a click and the cuffs were released. His arms moved back into a comfortable position, but not before he tried to rub the circulation back into his wrists. They stung from the limited blood flow and from the position he had been dropped in. He tried to rub the feeling back into them before moving to untie his legs. His still slightly numb fingers moved over each area he kept his knives on his person, he didn't find one of them and sighed, feeling oddly violated because whoever had taken the knives he kept on his person must have done an extensive search.
Sudden light flashed through his vision, momentarily blinding him as a hand reached down to grab him. Unable to see and already being panicked for being kidnapped, he reached forward, teeth biting down on the offending limb. A woman's voice hissed before the other hand came down, striking him across the face. She pressed the button on her remote, that currently hung from a chain around her neck. "That wasn't very nice," she stated, inspecting the bleeding bite mark on her arm. She looked at the unlocked handcuffs and the rope and raised an eyebrow. "We underestimated you, it seems..." she mused before another hand came down, rough and annoyed as his fingers twisted into his hair, yanking him up roughly by it and letting him hang there while he writhed and yelped as the collar continually went off until she eventually released the button. Sheeka went limp after a few moments of that, now focused on trying to get his father to release his hair that was being pulled painfully. Instead, he just sort of dropped his arms and started dragging him down a hallway, a door dropping behind the car they were leaving behind. His cheek was red where he was slapped and he was carelessly being dragged down a hallway by his hair. "what do you even want with me!" he snapped, clawing helplessly at his father's hand. "you never cared enough when I was a child, why now?! I'm happy and then you have to come an ruin everything!"
"We wanted to break you," Faust stated, as simple a possible. "It was impossible when Saya and Varina were still alive - Saya had already suspected something at the funeral, which I regret was my fault...but since she did....we had to get rid of her. They were simply too close," he answered simply. "Varina was simply too powerful at the time, but when she had died...although, if the child had lived...we wouldn't have needed you. I would have raised him, or her, into what we needed...I dunno what we would have done with you...you were so attached to that woman...the mafia is full of horrible people, maybe we would have found you a lovely home with somebody like the Estraneo, pity there are so few of them anymore. Malvolia had even suggested a pedophile at one point." he smiled coldly, grabbing Sheeka roughly by the chin and staring into his eyes. "Stupid child, I wasn't blaming you for Varina's death. She didn't matter. The child did, though...of course, perhaps wallowing in misery at the failure of a plan probably wasn't the best idea...I should have waited until after the funeral, so Saya Inazuma never would have suspected a thing...but no matter. We just dealt with the problem." he mused carefully, as he paced back and forth while Sheeka stared at him in shock. His father and stepmother had been behind Saya's death the entire time? All because she had suspected that Faust had started to abuse his son. He'd messed up with being overzealous when it came to his firstborn.
"That still doesn't explain why you'd choose now," Sheeka finally stated after the shock wore off. He was horrified, feeling slightly nauseated from the fact that his father...was even a worse person than he had ever thought. He felt horrible...he didn't want to be related to this man. He wanted his papa, or Celino. Even Rai smiling like a moron would have been a welcome sight. Rai. His mother was dead because of his father. His own mother...she hadn't suspected anything from him. Why? Sheeka felt sick that she may have actually been in love with him at one time, but he wasn't. He hated that thought of loving somebody and not receiving the same in return. His hands were shaking as he moved, anger fueling him. He saw red as he tackled the man, intent on...he didn't even know what he was going to do, there wasn't much he could have done anyway. He just wanted him dead. His father had started it all. Malvolia hadn't helped, but she hadn't been the start of it. He had. If he'd never convinced his mother to marry him...convinced her that he even cared about her. None of this would be happening. Rai wouldn't have been hurting without his mother. She'd still be alive. They'd both still be alive.
His stepmother didn't go for the remote to shock the boy into obedience again, instead, she lashed out with her chain whip at him. Hitting him solidly in the side that had already been been earlier injured during the fight on the canals' edge in Venice. He heard something snap as the metal whip hit him hard and he made a sharp noise of pain as he curled in on himself, tears leaking out of his eyes as he tried to breath heavily through the pain. "I'm going to kill you both," Sheeka whispered slowly.
"Sure sure," Malvolia drawled as she began pulling her husband out of the room who had recovered from the tackle and wasn't that pleased. "You'll be here awhile, though...so it'll be funny to see how many times you try to escape or kill us now," she responded cheerfully. "We'll be back later...we have some things we need to get set up and finish," the door closed behind them to leave Sheeka in complete darkness. "We'll find the rest of the mare rings...and send our darling little boy after them, won't we? The Spiaggia won't trust him again when we're done."

| CRASHING IN AND breaking you to bits |
With nothing more then a quick huff, Sheng stood back up and wiped his cheek from a stray tear from his earlier breakdown as he scratched his head slightly,"Yeah, I guess your right. Although I would prefer to not be in this situation all together. Grandpa is gonna beat me if he hears about this..." He mumbled as a small flicker of storm flames took form in the middle of his cuff's chains and with a simple tug the chain snapped. As he sat in the clean spot next to Rai, he could only sigh slightly at the state of the room, but before a word could escape him in came Ryker who stated casually that he was hungry and bored. The brunette raised a brow slightly as the woman looked a bit intimidated by how their cloud guardian was acting, but when she talked about them having not enough evidence, Sheng was relieved,"Well perfect, besides I was kinda getting hungry as well."
When the teen got ready to leave the interviewer received word that officers were being taken down by a girl, at first Sheng thought it was Sheeka. However it seemed rather out of character for their friend to just storm in, no he would probably sneak in and this seemed out of character. When word came that they were being attacked by dolls a small shiver ran through his spine, it was definitely Sayomi, and one wouldn't blame Sheng for being a little scared of the girl. However now was not the time to judge as they needed to get out before the girl got too bored, and when Rai tried and failed to knock out the translator with a chop to the neck, Sheng only sighed."It's all in the nape. Here watch." Sheng moved behind the translator and did almost the same movement but in a manner of showing Rai the proper way to preform the attack. "See? Anyway so now we gotta beat up officers? What a day." What a day indeed but Sheng did understand the situation as they needed to hurry to get to their 'helper' before she helped all of those officers to a one way stop. Italian Japanese

Post by RYKER REESE on Jul 17, 2014 1:15:15 GMT -5
| Never really stayed in one place Maybe that's the way it should be This whole situation had annoyed him, but of course he'd rather not talk about it. Ryker's personality was starting to be a bit awkward, since it seemed his Hibari side wanted to stay out. He usually didn't think much about it when it came up. But oh well, he'd figure things out later on. He wanted to get out of here. Which was another one of those things he didn't know about. He had no idea how they'd even get out of here. Sheeka wasn't here after all so it might have worried him. However Ryker barely showed it in his words or on his face. They had other matters to deal with since these people seemed to think they'd keep on interrogating the boys. Not that it'd work out in the favor for these guys. Ryker, Rai and Sheng could be quite the stubborn folks when things happened they didn't want any part in. What he didn't think would happen was another person coming to bother them. Or rescue them? Whichever this person wanted to do. So far he knew he wasn't certain what might happen.
He only wanted all of this to end. Though did it even mean anything, not exactly. For a simple moment he had to wonder what he was feeling. It didn't matter too much at this point. For a small moment Ryker had to wonder how bad this would end up getting. He knew that the cops wanted information from them, but what would it do? Not like they knew anything about him. This had become a bit boring to him, what else was he supposed to do. All he wanted to do was get out of here. Though it'd probably not help. For a small moment he wondered what the guest who decided to fall into the police station might do. Already things seemed to be pretty out there. Now as for what it was supposed to do was still to be seen.
This was a bit confusing, but he only watched Rai and Sheng. What the hell were they even up to? Right now it was probably not going to even get him anywhere. But still. They needed to at least figure a few things out rather then getting into unwanted trouble. "Great, this is ten times better. Well heck might as well have a little fun." He laughed, this wasn't bothering him too much. And yet at the same time he wondered what he was supposed to do. He had no idea what was happening with Sheeka or where he was. It made him feel a bit strange honestly, now that he was thinking about this.
"Good, let's get outta here and deal with the new thing we have to deal with now? Just perfect. Today got ten times better." He sighed lightly and stretched waiting till his back cracked. This had begun to annoy him slightly it seemed. Out of exhaustion maybe.

Raitaro pouted a little as Sheng so effortlessly took down their former interrogator and Rai awkwardly caught her as he dragged the body over to the cleaner patch of corner and put her down there. Sheng seemed to have drawn the obvious conclusion, that they'd need to fight their way out and Ryker seemed to be hitting the limits of his temper as he was very keen to get to business. He scratched the back of his head a little awkwardly "Well, if Sayomi's here to bust us out, we should probably go meet up with her and then she can use illusions so we get away. I mean, we'll be on the run but that's hardly new for us" Raitaro admitted, while they weren't criminals exactly they'd all gotten pretty good at running from the cops for whatever reason. The real problem was that they'd need to get back to Japan to avoid being arrested and he still didn't know where Sheeka was. Still, it could hardly be helped. "If we don't need to hit the cops we probably shouldn't, guys. I imagine Sayo-chan's done enough for our reputation already I'm sure" Raitaro mumbled to himself, almost dreading what they were going to see when they walked through. He rummaged through their interrogator's pocket and handily found the key to their cuffs and flicked his off so he had free wrists. Good thing omerta was keeping, if those had been mammon chains then they would have been in a bit more trouble. As it stands, they could add destruction of police property to their surprisingly long list of charges.
Heading out into the corridor, Raitaro took a second to think through what they should do here. They couldn't use their Box weapons really, that'd be like advertising the Mafia was a thing. Random streetfights? Irresponsible but neccessary. While breaking out of police custody with a lot of cameras around? Yeah, we should probably steer clear of that. Sayomi probably wasn't. Sayomi didn't give a f*ck. Holding his wrists together, Raitaro nodded and glanced at his two friends "OK, so when we go in, pretend we're still cuffed, run straight to Sayomi and I'm sure she'll lead us out. I hope... I really hope. Oh yeah, and, uhh... don't think too hard about what you see" that was just advise for life as far as Sayomi went. With his eyes squinched shut, Raitaro ran out into the main foyer and announced "We're here mysterious stranger! You'd best lead us somewhere else before the, uhh, bomb goes off. Or something" Raitaro opened one of his eyes, defying his own suggestion, to see what exactly Sayomi had done with the foyer. He was expecting at least one cop held at gunpoint but they'd taken a few minutes to get here, god only knows what Sayomi could have got up in that short time.

"Prison break~ Prison break~" Sayomi could hear the whispering of the other officers in the office as she waited on their answer. It appears due to their whispering that the earlier officer she interrogated did not lie to her. How joyful Sayomi felt about the honesty of officers these days. She started to walk forward with her hostage seeing as how the other police department members are at least cooperating for now. Much to her joy, it seems her co-workers found an opportunity in this chaos. "We're here mysterious stranger! You'd best lead us somewhere else before the, uhh, bomb goes off. Or something" Thankfully Raitaro's fears was not confirmed as Sayomi still had the officer on gun point and a collection of stunned officers. "Ah the exact people I'm looking for!" Sayomi snapped her fingers as her mist dolls disappeared...the officer sighed in relief. Suddenly Sayomi snapped her fingers again and her Mistdolls appeared once more in different parts of the department...and started breaking arms and legs. "Now then..." Sayomi knocked out the man she took hostage now that he is no longer of use to them. "Let us leave while my mistdolls clean up here." Sayomi now started to hum to the screams of the various officers as she looked through the outside window. "I think we need to find a back exit..." Sayomi skipped over to one of the few officers in the front area that wasn't unconscious and started demanding information. Surprisingly she got it quick. "Okay my friends." Sayomi clapped. "Let's head out through the back door." Sayomi, while she was at it, used her parasol to crush the radio on the guy's belt.
